Very friendly staff, free cookies at check in, rooms are spacious and very clean, provided plenty of towels in the room and even gave us extra shampoo, conditioner, and soap when we asked for it. Free breakfast was very good and they kept plenty of food out despite there being a full dining area.

Everyone and everything was wonderful. Unfortunately we were there with the Canadian Wild Fire smoke. Robert Plant cancelled all his& Allison Krauss' N US dates, which was sad but I totally understandable. I have asthma. If I had gone I wouldn't have had happy lungs or worse. My Dr advised staying put. So....we had a Hotel Staycation. We ordered food, played games and watched movies. Great reconnecting trip. We will stay again. Our room was super clean and the beds and pillows were amazing. All the staff smiled and were so very helpful with my situation. Very friendly, but that's the midwest. All and all it was a great little trip with the exception of the unfortunate smoke. Being from central Pa we had the smoke ~ 3:weeks prior 😡 OH!! THE COOKIES!!!! YUM

Large King Suite very clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable Good selections of food for breakfast Property very quiet Iris and Nate, the desk clerks were very friendly, professional and helpful. Will be staying here again in July. Hotel close to gas stations,restaurants,historic downtown and a few wineries/ breweries.

Nice Hotel. Clean, comfortable beds and quiet. Breakfast was great. They even had pumpkin waffles. Coffee was always available in the lobby and in the evening they had cookies. Coffeemaker was great, it made a pot of coffee.

Really friendly staff willing to help in any way. Not a scenic location but close to restaurants and the park which is all we needed. Comfy room, nice breakfast and fruit to go was a nice touch. The only thing that would have made it better is a little outdoor area that wasn’t at the front of the hotel. Otherwise a great experience and we’d stay again.

Breakfast was great. Renovation going on so some paint smell. Our room had been renovated but ceiling lamp wasn’t secured to ceiling and tub faucet had a perpetual leak. We let the front desk know and they thanked us. Loved the spaciousness of the room, just wish it wasn’t located in such a industrial area-my fault for not looking at that before.

A member of the staff at the front desk offered to drive back to the Cleveland Airport Rental Car and pick up my luggage that I left in the vehicle when they switched me out. I was blown away by her offer and hospitality!!!

Breakfast was good, checkin and check out were quick and easy. Staff members were pleasant during all interactions. room was clean, but showing some wear. When we checked out, we were informed that they will be renovating starting fall/winter 2022.

I liked the room with a big picture window and two double beds, mini frig, microwave, color tv, tub and shower. I loved the heated pool and the elevator. The breakfast was great and so was the coffee.

Convenient, clean & staff was very helpful. When employees called in sick, Miss Paula stepped up to make sure guests had a nice breakfast before getting on the road again. all breakfast items were not available, but understandable under the circumstances- and she was very attentive to help the guests.
